The tool is free

This is a free web utility. There is no account, no subscription, no payment. You may use it for personal, commercial, educational, or any lawful purpose.

No warranty

The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Password and passphrase generation uses crypto.getRandomValues() backed by your operating system's cryptographic random source, which is considered cryptographically secure. However, always follow your organization's credential management policy and use a password manager to store generated credentials.

• Generated passwords are random — their security depends on keeping them secret and using them with a reputable password manager.
• Entropy estimates are mathematically accurate for the stated character sets and wordlist; actual security also depends on the target system's authentication implementation.
• This tool is not a substitute for a security audit or professional cryptographic advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the actions you take based on the tool's output. We are not liable for account breaches, credential leaks, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your usage.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to attack systems, scrape at high volume, frame as your own work without attribution, or violate any applicable law.

This site's HTML and client-side code is open source. You can read, fork, or self-host it. License: MIT (see the LICENSE file in the public repo). Brand assets and content text are © Plato and not covered by the code license.
